Week 13 - Still Dormant
I've changed my diet and have cut down on the weights: this has stopped any further weight gain this week, but I haven't lost any more packets of butter either! I'm more chilled about it this week. If I keep going and don't sabotage my efforts by attacking a box of Thornton's, I WILL DO IT!! I've been busy this week - with lots of different exercise!
Exercise: 20,000 steps, 4,000 mtrs row, 5,500 mtrs swim, 2 gym circuits, 1,000 ab crunches,
2 spinning classes and an hour's skating!
Treat of the week: Homemade muffins for Sunday breakie.
Weight loss: 21 + 0 = 21lbs off (let's hope for a shift next week).
