Week 9: Lazy

I didn't work hard enough last week and drank too many hot chocolates. So I didn't lose any weight. It's that simple. Could do better - and will next week.

Exercise: 44,000 steps, 4,000 mtrs swimming (there lies the rub!) and 3 'little' gym sessions.
Treat of the week: piece of home made pineapple and ginger cake and TOO MANY HOT CHOCCIES!!!
Weight loss: 20 + 0 = 20lbs off.
