Week 2: Slowly but Surely
Another good week – last week’s chunk of weight off, has spurred me on!
Still cooking EVERYTHING myself and preparing 2 meals where required – one for Vic and the girls and another for me. This week’s treat: dessert spoon full of home baked apple pie. I made a lemon drizzle cake this week, and although I looked longingly, none passed my lips!
Exercise: 15,000 meters swimming; 20,000 dedicated steps – about 3 hours walking; and lots of cycling around and about.
Weight loss: 3 lbs – that’s 11 so far.
